Oh Friday, I love you.

After what have been a few crazy weeks around here, I am excited to have a relaxing weekend to recharge and reset. Somehow we are halfway through October (how did this happen) and the holidays are right around the corner.  This week I sat down to brainstorm some new content for A Dash of Details and we have some really exciting things in the works.  Quick question for all of you: Is there anything specific you would like to see on the site? What kind of content is your favorite? I would love to hear from you!

It is currently a rainy day here in Dallas and I am sitting at my computer in an oversized sweater and my second cup of coffee. I am not wishing the 80s away just yet, but a lighting a fire and watching Love Actually sounds like the perfect night to me.

If you have a similar plan as I do, there are soo many good sales I will be checking out this weekend:

Shopbop: Today is the last day of the “Main Event.”   Be sure to check out my shop for my favorite picks from the sale.  I ordered so many good things like this top, this sweater, and this dress that I am going to wear all holiday season.

J.Crew is having and extra 40% off sale and 30% off tops. Yes, please! If you don’t have this top already, you need it. Any brides out there that are having a Spring wedding, scoop up this off the shoulder dress for under $50! It is a total steal and you want to scoop up any last white things before Winter.  Trust me on this!

Loeffler Randall is having a friends and family sale with 25% off.  It is the perfect time to scoop up the classic Greer bootie or these fun loafers.

Ann Taylor is have 40% off sweaters.  While I haven’t been shopping at Ann Taylor as much since I left my 9 to 5 job, I recently popped into the store and was obsessed with all the things, especially the turtleneck sweaters.  This sweater would be adorable with high waisted jeans or a pencil skirt.  Guys, I am seriously obsessed.

Happy Shopping and Weekend friends!
