Did you know today is National Coffee Day? As if everyday isn’t National Coffee Day? In all honesty, these made up holidays make me laugh a bit, but this is one I can totally get behind. But it’s Friday and that means it is time for wine!
Let’s get real for a minute, anyone else have a total addiction to coffee? It is the first thing I think about in the morning and that first sip warms my soul. I only have one cup a day, but if I miss this one cup, I end up with a pesky headache around 5pm. The struggle is real, amiright? All jokes aside, I know a few people that quit caffeine and said the results are incredible. While I am not ready to go cold turkey (I don’t know if I ever will be), I do start the day with a cup of warm water with lemon before my coffee. Baby steps.
Now, let’s get to the Friday details:
Danielle is one of my favorites, she knows this. She just turned 35 a few weeks ago and I loved reading her perspective on how things don’t always happen how you have them planned in your head, but in the end something always amazing happens when you’re not looking. She is getting married next week and I can’t wait to follow along.
Mackenzie is on her honeymoon in Africa right now, and I am really wishing I snuck into her suitcase.
Did you catch my favorites from the Shopbop sale? The jeans I have been wearing non-stop are on sale, it’s the perfect time to pick up a pair of your own. I am considering getting the darker wash today too. A few things still in my cart are this wrap sweater, these boots, and this pendant necklace. The sale ends tonight, so happy shopping!
I have stocking up on long sleeve tops for Fall. Since it is not really sweater weather in Dallas, long sleeve tops are great to transition your wardrobe. I just picked up this one, this one, and okay, I couldn’t resist this sweater.
