Happy Friday! Honestly, I am smiling from ear to ear as I write this because this was just an all around awesome week.
For the last few weeks, I have been having the worst writers block and I finally feel like I am in a good groove back. With a few upcoming exciting projects, my creativity is at a high point. This week, I changed a few things up in my routine and I have to say, I am feeling more productive than ever.
CELERY JUICE: I know I just talked about this here, but I am two weeks into my challenge and I thought I would give you a little update. The biggest surprise has been being able to cut out coffee. If you know me, you know that before this week, I lived for my morning coffee. Like, I wasn’t a real person until I had my morning cup. It was never my intention to cut out the caffeine, but after a few days of skipping it, I realized I didn’t have the craving like I used to when I woke up in the morning. I also noticed, I have the same amount (if not, more) energy than I do with my normal one cup of coffee. Has anyone else tried it?
WORKOUTS: I don’t know what took me so long to jump on the pilates bandwagon, but this week I signed up for a two week trial of One Lagree. I am obsessed, sore, and already noticing small changes. In addition to my new class, we ordered a Peleton bike and I am so excited to sneak in a lunch time workout everyday. I am hoping the combo of these two workouts will be my secret sauce. Do any of you have a Peleton? I would love to hear your thoughts!
SHOPPING: I have been searching high and low for the perfect black dress for my best friends wedding. She graciously allowed us to pick our own black dress and I thought it would be a breeze! I swear I started early, but after trying and returning 4 different dresses, I think I found the one just in time! A few other things in my cart this week: this, this, this and this. I am stocking up on my sweaters for Maine.
