White has always been a go-to color for me during the summer ( I assume for most, we are in the same boat). White flowy dresses, tees, and jeans are the things I find myself drawn too when the temperatures starts to rise. I was still missing missing a white staple piece. I had my classic black blazer but there is something so chic about a white blazer when you pair it with just about anything, Insta-chic is what I like to call it. Taking style cues from one of my favorites, I ventured to Nordstrom to find the perfect one. You would have thought I was on some sort of mission impossible because I searched the entire store, pulling every white blazer they had. Some had shoulder pads, some were too short, and then I found what I had been looking for all this time; the perfect white blazer.
I wore this outfit on a date night with Patrick to one of our new favorite restaurants, the Porch. It’s the perfect spot to dine al fresco, enjoy some good southern cooking, and delicious cocktails.
