TEDDY COAT

While the East Coast is buried in snow, Dallas had some pretty mild weather this weekend.  I am really hoping this is the start of an early Spring here in the Texas.  As the years pass (from my time living in the midwest) the more I realize I am meant to live in the South.  Sunshine really is the key to my happiness or I guess a lot of Vitamin D.

Before the warm up this weekend, Dallas was frigid. well…I mean it was in the 30s, but it was the perfect reason to pull out my teddy coat.  Can I tell you guys a secret?  This coat was only $21.  I found it when browsing for Christmas PJs for the family and was blown away by the quality.  It was warm enough to wear in the mountains during New Years with a chunky sweater and the perfect weight for our moderate Dallas cold.   I also love wearing white jeans in the winter. There is something so refreshing and unexpected.

While I hope this is the last time I will be wearing my teddy coat this season, I know it will be a perfect addition to my closet.  Really, who can pass up that crazy deal.
