WEDDING BLISS: THE FIRST LOOK
When it came to finding “the dress,” I decided to keep a very open mind on our search. I had looked at dresses online, pinned a few I thought I would love but when I tried on this Monique Lhuillier gown, I knew it was the one. Layers upon layers of soft tulle and chantilly lace lined with silk charmeuse, it felt like heaven wearing this dress. I wore a cathedral length veil for the ceremony for a little added drama.
Details included these garters, bracelets, Jenny Packham earrings and these Stuart Weitzman heels (I actually wore them *almost the entire night!) My darling Mrs. Box held our wedding rings and made for the prettiest detail shots.
Patrick was very particular when it came to finding the perfect tux. He knew he wanted Navy and found the perfect one at Suit Supply.
It was that moment where time stood still…
Walking up to see my husband-to-be for the first time was the actual moment it started to feel real. All day I had a giddy feeling inside, but that moment I felt still, happy, and like nothing else mattered. We were together and it was going to officially be forever.
Tomorrow is all about the Details…stay tuned.
