Party people, it’s May! This month kicks off with a reason to celebrate (you know I love a good theme!) and ends with the unofficially start to summer! Sunshine, late night dinners with friends and a reason to sip margaritas, May always pulls on my heart strings.Read more
Have you missed me? Between prepping for the opening of Amy Berry Home, a trunk show, and some really exciting photoshoots, it has been all work around these neck of the woods lately. I feel like I have so many updates to share with y’all and lots of new content coming to the blog next week…Read morE

And I blinked and here we are. Hello, April. I am welcoming the new month with open arms and hopes of lots of sunshine. I don’t have a favorite month, but there is something so refreshing about April. It’s the start of the new season, longer days, and a freshness in the air.Read more
Happy, happy Monday. After spending the weekend in Austin with my fam, I am feeling refreshed, full, and ready for a great week ahead.Read more
There is nothing like a girls’ night to make the week just a little brighter. We started our Thursday girl’s night on a whim and it is for sure the best part of my week. It typically involves take out and a post-gym look, but sometimes it’s fun to jazz things up a bit. I invited the gals for a little pre-spring fling to use my entertaining pieces from Anthropologie’s new collection.

Somehow I blinked and it’s already March. This year has been full of fun filled weeks and weekends. It’s flying by and while I am not wanting time to stop, this month I plan to be more intentional with my days. The last two months, I have noticed a shift in my mindset since I started focusing on being in the moment.Read more
We all love Amazon. Okay, well that’s a major assumption (maybe some of you don’t), but really I don’t know one person that haven’t ordered at least one item on Amazon. A new package arrives at our home at least three times a week (read: Patrick’s late night ordering. hehe) But in all honesty, it just makes everything extremely easy and convenient. I even find myself adding unnecessary items to my cart, but hey two-day free shipping makes those impulse buys just a little more fun.

Happy Friday, friends! I hope yesterday was filled with a little extra love. We ended up having pizza night at our house with some friends and had a great night. Earlier this week, I mentioned re-arranging our living room. This weekend I am planning to style our new coffee table (post coming soon) and enjoying some extra R&R on the sofa with a side of Netflix. ;)Read more
February is here and I couldn’t be happier. This time of the year gives me all the good vibes, slightly warmer temps (hello, 80 degrees even if it is just for a day or two), and the chance to finally settle into a routine again. It always seems like the first month of the year is a time to press the reset button and February is a time to enjoy the new routine. In case you missed it, I was in Charleston this weekend with Mackenzie, Jillian, Lauren and Carly. We had the best time exploring and eating and drinking our way through the city! One of my favorite things about blogging the last eight years are the wonderful friends I have met along the way! I landed back in Dallas last night just in time to watch the Superbowl––ie: the commercials and halftime show.Read more
Are you a morning person? I wrote this post around the same time last year about my tricks on becoming a morning person. This being said, during these winter months I was finding myself sleeping later and falling out of my morning routine. Honestly, the mornings are my favorite part of the day, where I find the most productivity and find myself generally happier.Read more
