ARE YOU DRINKING ENOUGH WATER?
When life brings you lemons, make lemon water..that’s the saying right? All jokes aside, I have been drinking warm lemon water every morning when I wake up and I found it is one of the best ways to start my day. Not only is it beneficial for your health, but I love feeling of starting the day hydrated. I have been trying to drink about 80 ounces of water a day and my little morning routine has been a great jumpstart to reaching my daily goal.
**Side Note: I got so many questions about this little tote on my Instagram yesterday. I stole mine from Amy who found it at Whole Foods last year, but now they sell them at Anthropologie. So what I am saying is I guess my grocery bag was cooler than I thought ;)
