On Sunday, I decided to make my dad’s ‘world famous’ granola to have on hand for the week. He has been making and perfecting this recipe since I was in high school. Get ready, because it is kind of addicting. Just like Pringles, once you pop, you can’t stop. ;) I posted a shot of the granola going in the oven on Insta Stories and received a ton of interest for the recipe, so here you go! I should mention, this isn’t your typical über healthy granola made with no grains. It’s the good stuff and totally worth every calorie.

Healthy Banana Muffins

In effort to start baking and cooking more at home, I took this Sunday (while my husband was watching football) to test out a few new go-to recipes for the week.  First up on my list was these easy banana muffins.  They are the perfect quick breakfast when you are on the go in the morning.  Reheat them all week and spread a little almond butter on top for extra protein ;)
